We coordinate the transfer
After you receive the relevant privacy information and give any required agreement, we coordinate the transfer of your records to the hospital. Its medical team may request additional documents.
03 / NEXT STEPS
Receive the response
We help explain administrative steps, the hospital’s quotation and, if you choose to proceed, appointments and logistics. Medical decisions belong to doctors.

Usually three working days.
The estimate begins on the day after all required reports and documents have been received. It may vary with case complexity, requests for additional information and specialist availability.

What is free and what must be paid for?
Record review, the second opinion and coordination through Bookmedical are free for patients. Medical services at the hospital are paid to the hospital according to its quotation.
Which documents are needed?
Your adviser will tell you which documents the hospital requests for your case. Reports should be complete and readable; we explain separately how to share imaging files.
Do I have to choose treatment in Turkey?
No. You decide whether and how to proceed after receiving the response and discussing it with the medical team.
